Your artist account

Artist Forum is an invite-only community for Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. Account holders must be at least 18. For an artist under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account and accept responsibility for its information and agreements.

Original music and rights

You must own or control the rights necessary to host and stream your sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, and other uploaded assets. You are responsible for permissions from band members, co-writers, producers, featured artists, and collaborators. Covers and unauthorized remixes are not accepted.

Exclusivity

While a recording is published on Artist Forum, it must not be publicly available for streaming on another music platform. You may remove a recording from Artist Forum and later release it elsewhere. Publishing will require a separate rights attestation.

Conduct and integrity

Artificial streams, purchased bot traffic, scripted playback, and other manipulation are prohibited. Artist Forum supports broad creative expression and may remove material or accounts for rights disputes, unlawful content, serious safety concerns, malicious abuse, or fraud. A curator reviews suspected violations.

Plans and support

Your plan does not affect discovery placement or playback priority. Artist Forum takes 0% of direct artist support; external providers may charge fees. Package fees are separate from artist support.

Before public launch

Final legal terms, privacy and retention policies, copyright reporting procedures, guardian agreements, moderation procedures, and package sales/refund terms must be reviewed and published before public onboarding.
