Privacy notice

Development draft. A reviewed privacy policy and retention schedule are required before public launch.

Public artist information

Approved artist names, profile addresses, cities, photos, and biographies are public. Draft profiles are private.

Private account information

We store artist account email, legal name, phone number, plan and account status, and the version and time of terms acceptance. These details are available to the artist and authorized curators. They do not appear on public profiles.

Authentication and storage

Supabase provides artist and curator authentication, database services, and object storage. Authentication uses cookies to maintain your signed-in session. Uploaded profile images are served with temporary links. Cloudflare hosts the application and processes uploaded profile photos to resize them and remove embedded metadata before storage.

Listeners

Browsing requires no listener account. This foundation does not implement listener analytics or payment tracking.

Questions or corrections

During the private pilot, contact the curator who invited you for account corrections or removal. A public privacy contact and data retention process must be established before launch.
